Jaqueline & The Beanstalk: 5. Talking Beanstalk

It can be really interesting in drama to imagine what objects would say if they could talk. The beanstalk is a big part of this story, and we had an actor play the part when we did the panto. Make up a short monologue for the beanstalk. Think about how he feels when people walk all over him. Did he have to train to become strong enough to reach the Giant’s castle? Does he have any friends? How does he feel about insects landing on him? Is he afraid of anything? Maybe make a funny ‘beanstalk’ voice. Have fun!!
